Houston Dynamo Strike Early, Cruise to Victory (July 25th, 2026)
Houston Dynamo came out firing in the opening half, jumping out to a commanding 3–0 lead that ultimately paved the way to victory.
Mateusz Bogusz led the early attack, finding the back of the net twice in the opening 30 minutes. Bogusz opened the scoring in the 12th minute before doubling Houston’s advantage in the 29th minute.
Just three minutes later, Guilherme added another goal in the 32nd minute, pushing the Dynamo’s lead to 3–0 and putting Houston firmly in control.
What initially appeared to be the beginning of a potential goal-fest settled down after the break, as Austin FC managed to contain the Dynamo attack and prevent Houston from adding to its lead.
Despite Austin’s defensive response in the second half, Houston’s dominant opening 45 minutes proved to be enough, as the Dynamo held on for a 3–0 victory.
